Job Description:
Our parent company Harry Dalby Engineering are looking to for an experienced Sales Repesentive to join their team. You will be responsible for the sales of spray booth service packages and filters to existing and new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone, email and video calls
- Achieve monthly sales target for service and filter packages
- Generate spraybooth service package quotations and specifications
- Follow up quotations to win orders
- Provide sales administration support to the service department
- Produce monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Undertake training to enable independent generation of quotes and sales proposals
- Process received orders and issue to service department
- Maintain CRM sales database
- Answer sales related telephone and email enquires
Qualification / Experience
- Previous telesales experience in an engineered product or service
- Preferably HNC or higher, qualified in an engineering discipline – but not mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Strong literary skills
- Well organised with very good administration discipline.
- Ability to read and understand 2D CAD drawings.
- Computer literate in MS applications.
- Full Driving Licence
Salary - £26-28k starting salary + monthly commission up to 50% of salary
This role offers huge scope for progression and development within the business. There is potential for the role to grow into an external sales role (with company car) including customer visits within 1-2 years with longer term progression to area sales manager.
