This varied position primarily sees you supporting with shipping documentation, updating customers along the way. We need a flexible individual who can navigate the various software systems and has excellent communication skills.

The Shipping Administrator job role involves;

• Primarily responsible for coordinating shipments, creating delivery notes & commercial documentation for both domestic and international customers. Shipping related duties cover around 60% of this role in general.

• Processing sales orders for the sales and service department to support our customers around the world.
• Wider duties include assisting the Quality Manager with the QMS.
• Support with wider customer focussed activities and helping with reception cover where needed.
