We’re working in partnership with a well-established family-owned housing developer that’s seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee one of their Nottingham sites on a permanent basis. About the Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site — coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all works are completed safely, on time, and to the high standards expected by both the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with build specifications, health & safety standards, and company quality expectations

Conduct regular inspections and ensure all quality control and safety checks are completed in line with company procedures

Liaise effectively with local authorities, warranty providers, and utility companies to maintain progress against the build schedule

Keep accurate site records, including staff inductions, H&S reports, timesheets, and quality documentation

Manage material orders, deliveries, and storage in accordance with company processes
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build housing developments

Valid SMSTS qualification
