Job Title: Site Manager - Roofing Project (Student Accommodation)
Location: Nottingham
Duration: 26 weeks

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 26-week roofing project on a student accommodation development in Nottingham. You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full oversight of on-site activities for the roofing project

• Reporting and liaising directly with the client on progress and issues

• Managing subcontractors and site teams efficiently

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

• Monitoring programme, budget, and quality control

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager

• Competent in site reporting and client-facing communication

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site

• CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications

The 26 week project will pay £260 / day.
