Site Manager - Steel Frame Extension
Location: Nottingham
Duration: 28 weeks
Start Date: Monday 16th February

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to start with one of our clients on a 28 week steel frame school extension project in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day site management and coordination

• Managing subcontractors and site logistics

• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

• Overseeing programme and quality of works

• Client and project team liaison

Essential Requirements:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Telehandler Ticket, required for the first 4 weeks of the job to lift for bricklayers
