Spray Painter – Leicester (LE4) | Temp to Perm

Wet Spray Painter – Manufacturing / Earth Moving Equipment Components   We are currently recruiting experienced Wet Spray Painters to join our busy spray team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be part of a skilled production team responsible for painting components used in earth moving equipment. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Location: Leicester (LE4)

Working Hours (day & afternoon shift available): 

• 06.00 – 14.30 Monday to Thursday, Friday 06.00 – 11.30

• 14.30 – 10.30pm. Monday to Thursday, Friday 11.30 – 5.00pm

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Role Overview: 

• Working as a part of the spray team that manufacture precision components used in earth moving equipment
• Applying coats in accordance to the standard operating procedures and in line with customer specifications
• Following instruction and working in line with the company's health and safety and best practice policies
• Painting and prepping of complex components to the required industry standard
• Deliver and be responsible for the quality of work undertaken
• Actively support the Paint Shop Team Leader in all areas of the business as required

✅ Requirements:

• Ideally 2 years plus wet painting experience
• Versatile and enthusiastic with a high level of attention to detail
• Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
• A team player who can also work on own initiative.
• Basic numeracy & literacy
• Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Must have experience in wet paint spraying
