£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

With three days in the office and two working from home each week, you can enjoy more balance without compromising your career development. You’ll be supported all the way to chartered status, working closely with a chartered Structural Engineer who’ll guide you through the process.

What you’ll do

Deliver high-quality designs across a wide range of building structures, developing your expertise in both traditional and modern materials. You’ll produce detailed structural reports, ensuring your designs are practical, efficient, and meet all necessary standards.

Attend site visits to see your work in action and collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to solve real-world challenges. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share the knowledge you’re building.

What you’ll need
 

• A degree in Civil Engineering, with at least two years’ post-graduate UK design office experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ambition to achieve chartered status, with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
