Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream school in the Corby area. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential.

• Work closely with teachers to support learning across the classroom

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils who may need additional help

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment

• Support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development

• Contribute to the overall life of the school and its community

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to pupils' individual needs

• A genuine interest in education and helping pupils succeed
