Location: Leicester, LE19
Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our client’s fast-paced inbound team based in Leicester (LE19 area). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to take the next step in their career.

• Lead and support the inbound warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets

• Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance

• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards

• Communicate effectively with staff and management

• Maintain accurate system and operational records

• Promote a positive, high-energy working environment

• Proven experience in warehouse operations

• Strong system knowledge and excellent computer skills

• Previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles

• Excellent communication and people management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong organisational skills
