Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour

Ideal Recruit is urgently seeking a Team Leader to join our client’s inbound department for the PM shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and warehouse experience to join a growing and dynamic team.

• Oversee and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations

• Support, motivate, and guide team members

• Maintain high standards of work quality and accuracy

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

• Communicate effectively with the wider warehouse and management teams

• Maintain documentation and system accuracy

• Experience in warehouse operations

• Strong IT/system skills and confidence working with data

• Demonstrated team management or supervisory experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

• High energy, positive attitude, and proactive mindset
