About the Role
As a Technical Sales Executive, your main focus will be to proactively generate new enquiries and convert projects into orders through systematic project management and strong relationship-building. You’ll act as a trusted expert in your product range and industry, managing opportunities from first contact through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively generate new sales opportunities, identifying and developing potential projects within your area.
- Negotiate and secure orders by following up quotations with key decision-makers including contractors, architects, quantity surveyors, local authorities, and end users.
- Grow your sales territory through consistent outbound activity, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects and local authorities, arranging specification meetings to showcase the product range.
- Manage projects effectively from enquiry to completion—understanding technical requirements and providing expert guidance on the best products and specifications.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, showing enthusiasm for its products and commitment to customer satisfaction.

You’ll also need:- Confidence selling over the phone and face-to-face.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A structured, self-managed approach to achieving targets and deadlines.
