Job Description:

Do you have experience leading the proposal and estimation process in a technical environment? We are working with a global engineering business who are looking for a echnical Sales Manager on a permanent basic. The role will see you take ownership of proposal development and cost estimation, playing a key role in delivering bespoke solutions and aftermarket support.

Job Description

• Lead proposal and estimating activities, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create accurate cost estimates and technical proposals.
• Manage costing records, order entry and sales administration systems.
• Responsible for the spares and services team to deliver efficient aftermarket support.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the proposal and estimation process
• Background in special purpose/bespoke machinery
• Familiar with design software and drawing interpretation
