Salary: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Workforce are currently working with a well-established manufacturing company in Tamworth, looking to recruit a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

• TIG welding on stainless steel 

• Fabricating parts from engineering drawings

• Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards

• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements

• Proven experience as a TIG welder/fabricator

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliability and strong work ethic

• Knowledge of health and safety practices in a workshop environment
