Job Description:

We’re hiring an experienced TIG Welder to join our team, working both in-house and on customer sites in Corby and surrounding areas.

The role:

• TIG welding to a high standard
• Work with stainless steel, mild steel and other metals
• Read and follow engineering drawings
• Carry out on‑site welding when required
• Maintain safe working practices
• Represent the company professionally

Requirements:

• Proven TIG welding experience
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently on client sites

Pay & Benefits

• 28 days holiday
• Overtime: £25.50 (Mon–Sat), £30 (Sun/Bank Holidays)
• £100 on‑call payment + minimum 3 hours per call-out
