Job Description:

Location: Coventry

Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday with an early Friday finish

Salary: 36k to 42k + excellent facilities and development opportunities

We’re looking to connect with ex-military professionals who have experience delivering or leading training and want to bring those skills into a civilian environment.

You’ll be joining a large Armed Forces–friendly employer with a strong commitment to supporting those from military backgrounds. The site offers a professional, well-resourced environment where your instructional experience will genuinely make a difference.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience coaching, mentoring, or delivering structured training (formal quals not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
• Suitable for those currently serving and due to leave within 6–12 months, or those who’ve already transitioned
