Location: Hinckley
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

What You'll Do

• Manage all POD retrievals and requests
• Progress chase loads, contacting drivers/hauliers for updates
• Prepare and update unbilled weekly reports
• Build and maintain collection & delivery KPIs
• Liaise daily with customers and hauliers to ensure smooth operations
• Update transport platforms and maintain accurate records
• Manage and analyse spreadsheets effectively
• Work confidently towards departmental targets

Essential Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a transportTran environment (essential)
• Background in administration with strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Confident communicator with a polite, professional telephone manner
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
