Vehicle Technician

Rugby

£42,000 per annum

47.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 7 AM - 5 PM and 2 Saturdays in 4, 7 AM - 12 PM (overtime)

Permanent contract from day one

Are you a skilled vehicle technician with a passion for cars? Like working on a varied makes of cars including EV?

looking for Techs who can slot into an ever growing team, this is a large site that can hold up to 2k of cars !!

plenty of guaranteed work and overtime if you wish!!

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

* Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs, including clutch and cambelt replacements, brake pad and tyre changes, and oil and filter services.

* Perform minor electrical work as required.

* Conduct electrical and vehicle diagnostics.

* Inspect vehicles to assess mechanical condition.

* Communicate technical assessments clearly and concisely.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

* A team player with a problem-solving attitude

* Excellent communication skills

* Previous experience as a motor vehicle mechanic

* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

* Diagnostic technician qualifications, ideally with experience across multiple vehicle brands

* Ability to work efficiently and accurately
