⏰ Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 15:00
£13.55 per hour | Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team based in Rugby (CV21 area).

• General warehouse duties

• Order picking (including voice picking)

• Packing on production lines

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

• Full-time availability (no part-time options)

• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential

• Competitive pay: £13.55 per hour

• Consistent Monday to Friday day shifts (no weekends)
