About the Role:

ACS Staffing Solutions are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Desborough. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock replenishment and rotation
• General warehouse maintenance and keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Scanning and processing stock using handheld scanners or warehouse systems
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with inventory checks and stock audits

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
• Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and good timekeeping
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
