Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager

• Client-facing experience: Previous experience managing high-profile or high-value accounts, ideally in e-commerce, healthcare, pharma, or tech.
• Commercial mindset: You can translate data into actionable insights and drive performance across accounts.
• Analytical thinker: Comfortable interpreting reports, KPIs, and digital analytics to shape strategy.
• Communication expert: Excellent verbal and written skills; confident liaising with senior stakeholders.
• Organised multitasker: Able to manage multiple projects and priorities with precision and accountability.

Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager
