Compliance Manager (Part-Time)
Burton upon Trent (Hybrid – 1 Day Working From Home)
Part-Time | Permanent | 25 Hours (Flexible across 3–5 days)
£50,000 Pro Rata

Eaton Syalon are proud to be working on behalf of an established international organisation to appoint a Compliance Manager to lead UK compliance activity.

This is a stand-alone, high-impact role, reporting directly to the UK CFO, offering full ownership of compliance across the UK business. It’s a fantastic opportunity to shape, influence and strengthen compliance frameworks within a well-established and growing organisation.

The Role

• Take full ownership of compliance across the UK business
• Ensure Group policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained locally
• Collate, analyse and submit compliance reports in a timely manner
• Partner with international teams to interpret and apply regulatory requirements within UK law
• Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead internal audits across key areas including data protection, anti-corruption and governance
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programmes across the business
• Review and enhance policies, procedures and internal controls

About You

• Proven experience in a Compliance Manager or similar role within a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
• Experience working with contracts and regulatory frameworks
• Degree in Law, Economics or a related field (qualified solicitor desirable)
• Able to work autonomously and confidently in a stand-alone role
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business
