T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Loughborough, for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for the Customer and will deal with all enquiries into the business in a professional manner, you will also be required to provide the Customers with a highly effective and reliable Customer Support service.

- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm – some flexibility can be considered

Customer Service Advisor Job Details;
- Receiving and processing sales orders received over the phone and electronically
- Working closely with other internal departments including sales and distribution to ensure the customer is keep fully up to date regarding their order, with the objective of ensuring they receive the best service possible
- Liaising with customers and dealing with customer enquiries, pricing queries and amending orders
- Supporting the operations manager with enhancing systems and process and formulating new ways of doing things to enhance the customer experience
Customer Service Advisor Person Specification
- At least one year experience working in a front line fast paced customer support role would be preferable
- Experience of systems and processes from previous employers in a business-to-business environment
- Customer service training and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy for sales order processing
- The ability to work as part of a team that strives to continually improve its service
- Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to take ownership of an issue
- Tenacity and the ability to see things through
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively
- You should be proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal language is required
