We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our busy office team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with customers by phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answering calls and responding to customer emails
- Supporting invoicing and order administration
- Handling customer enquiries and account queries
- Monitoring orders and stock availability
- General office administration and ad-hoc duties
- Supporting the team during holidays and absences
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Professional telephone manner
- Experience with Outlook, Excel or Sage
- Previous office or customer service experience
Full training will be provided.
