Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be the vital link between the Service and Sales teams, helping to coordinate tasks, manage contracts, and ensure the smooth running of preventative maintenance visits. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple teams, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance site visits
Manage contract-related tasks and support the service team with quotations, parts sourcing, and courier arrangements
Collate service team work and prioritise service cases for timely resolution
Produce monthly service reports highlighting customer downtime and team activities
Manage calibration schedules for testing equipment to minimise downtime
Liaise between service, sales, clients, and suppliers to maximise operational efficiency
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, assertive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and be a key team player in a small team
Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative
Experience working with Excel and service centre software
