07:30am – 16.30pm Mon – Thurs 07:30am – 13:30pm Fri

Are you an experienced with Administration and Customer Service, and looking for a new challenge?
 
Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Administrator for a Manufacturing company based in Nuneaton. This is a position suited to candidates with experience within customer service and that have strong administration skills as well as a knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
 
Role responsibilities –

• For the role of Customer Support Administrator, you will be supporting the sales team with customer queries, expediting and administration.
• You will be customer facing when required for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
• You will be completing various administration duties for the role of Customer Support Administrator.

 
Role requirements –

• You will be experienced within administration for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
• A strong knowledge of Excel/IT packages is required for the Customer Support Administrator role.
• You will have a customer service background and be comfortable completing some sales for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
• A knowledge of the manufacturing industry, ideally Aerospace is required for this position.
