Wynex is a professional property services provider delivering reactive and planned maintenance across residential and commercial portfolios. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives to work full-time through the Wynex Workforce Management Platform.

This role offers consistent work, strong pay rates, and a structured, professional environment.

🔧 Key responsibilities:
    •    Reactive and planned property maintenance
    •    Plaster and ceiling repairs
    •    Basic plumbing works
    •    Minor electrical tasks (non-certified)
    •    Carpentry and joinery
    •    Painting and decorating

    •    Proven experience in property or building maintenance
    •    Strong multi-skilled background
    •    Able to work independently and deliver high-quality work
    •    Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
    •    Own tools preferred
