What you’ll be doing as Finance Administrator

• Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, sales processing and stock record accuracy
• Raising sales invoices, allocating payments and completing basic reconciliations
• Managing B2B credit control and chasing overdue payments
• Producing routine and ad-hoc reports using large Excel data sets
• Liaising with European warehouses and external finance contacts
• Supporting customer orders, payments, Amazon queries and import/export documentation

What we’re looking for in a Finance Administrator

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role
• Strong Excel capability and confidence handling large data sets
• Experience with invoicing, payment allocation and financial administration
• Confidence communicating with customers and external contacts by phone
• Exposure to European sales, stock movements or multi-currency transactions (advantageous)
