What you’ll be doing as Finance Administrator
- Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, sales processing and stock record accuracy
- Raising sales invoices, allocating payments and completing basic reconciliations
- Managing B2B credit control and chasing overdue payments
- Producing routine and ad-hoc reports using large Excel data sets
- Liaising with European warehouses and external finance contacts
- Supporting customer orders, payments, Amazon queries and import/export documentation
What we’re looking for in a Finance Administrator
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role
- Strong Excel capability and confidence handling large data sets
- Experience with invoicing, payment allocation and financial administration
- Confidence communicating with customers and external contacts by phone
- Exposure to European sales, stock movements or multi-currency transactions (advantageous)
