HR Manager

Job Description:

We’re hiring for a HR Manager to join a purpose-led, growing organisation based in Warwickshire.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong compliance and a consistently positive employee experience across the business.

What will you be doing as a HR Manager?

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, documentation)
• Maintaining accurate HR data, systems, and records (HRIS)
• Supporting payroll inputs, benefits administration and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with employment law, policies, and governance
• Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries and support
• Driving process improvements and operational efficiency across HR
• Supporting internal initiatives focused on engagement, culture, and employee experience
• Managing documentation, SOPs, and internal guidelines
• Contributing to wider people projects and system improvements

What will you need?

• Previous experience in a HR or similar role
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
• Experience using HR systems
• Confident handling confidential information
