Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

Job Description:

Are you aconfident communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Colchester.Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.

Be Doing:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Creating and negotiating quotations for aggregate and asphalt materials
• Meeting KPIs for sales, value-added products, and call volumes
• Working collaboratively to support a high-performing, one-team culture

What You’ll Bring:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Motivation to hit targets and deliver results
• A flexible, team-oriented mindset
• IT literacy (CRM, Salesforce, SAP experience is a plus)
