Duties of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising our state of the art technology. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on our bespoke plant & equipment.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
• Conducting repairs and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.

Requirements of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Apprenticeship trained with mechanical qualifications.
• Proven experience in maintaining complex machinery within a manufacturing or production environment. 
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician role is commutable from Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield & Tamworth
