LAB. are partnering with a leading UK exhibition contractor that designs, builds, and delivers exceptional exhibition stands and bespoke event spaces for trade shows across the country.

Based near Coventry, this role would suit a Project Management Graduate or someone with project management experience in a similar sector who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process client orders from concept to completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on space-only stand builds and full-service show exhibitors.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for prospective projects.
• Produce RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and stand plans in line with health & safety regulations.
• Oversee full procurement and purchasing for each project.
• Organise logistics, including lifting, transport, and hotel bookings.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to develop concepts into fully realised designs.
• Provide on-site supervision and project management during build-up phases.
• Support other Project Managers with electrical plans for shows.
• Manage invoicing and project administration.

Skills & Experience

• 2 Years Experience in a Project Management role or in the Exhibition & Events Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong creative vision with meticulous attention to technical detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent site work will require a full UK Driving license.
