Construction Project Manager – Clinical Design & Build Required

Leicester Area

Long Term Contract - Day Rate basis.

Reporting to - Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new design and build clinic project from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle construction, clinical fit-out, and final handover, ensuring the facility meets all clinical, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Essential Experience

Proven experience delivering new builds.

Strong experience in clinical, healthcare, or medical facility developments

Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (CQC, HTM/HBN guidance, infectioncontrol, medical utilities)

Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

Experience delivering private clinics, treatment centres, or healthcare facilities

Background in construction.

Relevant qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
