As a Registered Care Manager, you'll be accountable for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a flagship branch to ensure efficiency and high standards of care.
• Holding the CQC/CIW registration and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Recruiting and growing the carer team while supporting their development.
• Seeking new business opportunities to drive branch growth.
• Supporting staff and carers in their training and development.
