SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Coventry

Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 3:30pm)

Weekly Salary: £450 to £475

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a highly regarded specialist SEN school in Coventry who are looking to recruit several dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants. The school provides outstanding education and support for pupils aged 7–18 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and associated conditions.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm). The school offers a nurturing and therapeutic learning environment with excellent facilities, including dedicated spaces for creative arts, vocational subjects, and physical development. Every pupil has an individual learning plan, supported by a strong multi-disciplinary team that includes psychology and occupational therapy specialists. Classes are small, with no more than 8 pupils, ensuring a high staff-to-student ratio and enabling more personalised support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
