Are you passionate about supporting children with Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)?
We’re working with local primary and secondary schools who are looking for long-term and permanent Teaching Assistants to join their SEND teams.
The Opportunity

Support pupils with SLCN on a 1:1 and small-group basis

Work alongside SENCOs, teachers and therapists to deliver targeted support

Help pupils build confidence, independence and communication skills

Long term roles, often with the chance to go permanent

What we’re looking for

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in Psychology/Child Development is highly valued

Experience supporting children (school, tutoring, youth work or care)

Strong interest in speech & language development

Calm, patient and reliable – full Monday–Friday availability

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
