💼 The Role:

• Deliver 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN and behavioural needs
• Use calm, proactive strategies to support emotional regulation
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Champion inclusive learning and celebrate small wins

• Experience working with challenging behaviour in education or care
