Looking for your next move in warehouse administration? We’re hiring an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced operation in Alvaston.

 

The Role:
As part of the warehouse team, you’ll keep everything running smoothly by handling vital admin tasks, ensuring compliance is met, and keeping systems up to date.

 

Shifts:

• 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
  
  
• Rotating shifts:
  
  
  • Mornings: 6am – 2pm
    
    
  • Afternoons: 2pm – 10pm
    
    
  • Nights: 10pm – 6am
    
    

 

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous admin experience in Warehouse/Distribution/Logistics
✔ Confident computer skills & accurate data entry
✔ Strong communication & teamwork
✔ Positive, can-do attitude
✔ Flexibility to work rotating shifts

 

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Updating CRM systems with accurate information
  
  
• Ensuring site compliance
  
  
• Updating customers on orders and shipments
  
  
• General admin to support operations
  
  
• Any other duties to keep things running smoothly
