A 2 form entry primary school are looking for a teaching assistant to work 1-1 with a key stage 1 child - 5 mornings a week.
This role is complex and the suitable teaching assistant needs to be experienced working with non verbal children who become frustrated. The role needs an empathetic candidate who can encourage speech development and help the child to forge relationships with other children in the class.
