2x CSCS Skilled Labourers

Job description

We are looking for 2 x CSCS Labourers / Fitting Operatives to undertake specialist 5S floor tape installation work on a large industrial project in Swindon. This role focuses on warehouse floor marking, safety line implementation, and general site duties to support the project's layout phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing heavy-duty 5S floor tape, hazard lines, and warehouse floor marking systems accurately according to site layouts and blueprints.

• Preparing, cleaning, and priming flooring surfaces to ensure long-lasting tape adhesion.

• Using hand tools and various power tools (such as floor scrapers, drills, or cutting tools) as required for surface prep and installation.

• Assisting with general labouring duties, material handling, and keeping work areas safe and tidy.

• Working collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card .

• Proven experience in flooring, 5S marking, line painting, or general hands-on industrial fitting work.

• Confident using various hand and power tools safely.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise layout measurements/plans.
