Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Recruitment Consultant who wants to take ownership of their success, develop strong client relationships and play an important part in our continued growth.
 
The Opportunity
 
You'll manage the full 360 recruitment process within the engineering, manufacturing and technical sectors, combining business development with delivering a first-class recruitment service.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
• Building a strong pipeline of clients, vacancies and candidates.
• Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy qualification to placement.
• Developing long-term relationships through a consultative approach.
• Growing your desk and consistently achieving commercial objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Previous 360 agency recruitment experience.
• A proven ability to win new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, ambitious and commercially focused mindset.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership, achieving results and developing their career.

Experience within engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
