Job description

About the job

Company Description My client is an AI-powered customer engagement platform that turns customer conversations into measurable business results. Built on intelligent dialing technology and smart automation, the platform helps teams connect with the right customers at the right time while AI capabilities drive consistent performance improvements. Customers see significant gains, including 200-300% increases in contact rates and doubled sales conversion rates. The client supports sales, retention, and debt recovery for growing companies handling millions of interactions each year. Backed by 5-star UK-based support, the company focuses on using smart technology to amplify human potential rather than replace it.

Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Manchester, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. In this role, the Account Executive manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering tailored platform demos, negotiating terms, and closing new business. The position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their engagement and performance goals, and aligning the clients solutions to their needs. The Account Executive collaborates with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive pipeline growth, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handover after deals are closed. Ongoing responsibilities include accurate forecasting, updating CRM records, and using data and customer feedback to continuously improve sales approaches and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing new business in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from discovery calls and solution presentations to negotiation and contract signature.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships, with strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline management tools to maintain accurate records and forecasts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Understanding of customer engagement, contact center operations, or related domains is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with Manchester-based colleagues and remote stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
