Territory Account Manager - Paper, Hygiene & Cleaning Products - East Midlands / Yorkshire - £40,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Have you successfully grown revenue within existing customer accounts?

If the answers are yes, we are hiring for a Territory Account Manager on behalf of a leading supplier of paper, hygiene and cleaning products.

 

This is an 80% account management and 20% new business role, making it ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working closely with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering outstanding service. Industry experience is welcomed but not essential, with applications encouraged from candidates across a range of B2B sales sectors.

 

WHAT YOU NEED

Previous account management, territory management or field sales experience

A proven ability to grow and develop existing customer relationships

Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to sales

Experience managing your own customer portfolio and territory

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with strong organisational skills

Full UK driving licence

Day To Day

Manage an established customer base across the Midlands, Yorkshire, Humber and East of England regions

Build strong relationships with existing customers and become a trusted commercial partner

Identify opportunities to increase spend, broaden product usage and grow account revenue

Carry out regular customer visits and maintain an effective call plan

Generate new business opportunities across the territory

Deliver product and service presentations to customers where required

Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and account support

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and pipeline updates

Drive profitable sales growth across the region and achieve agreed targets
