An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a successful and expanding Managed Service Provider delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to organisations across the UK.
Specialising in managed IT support, cloud services, cyber security, infrastructure, and digital transformation, this business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and long-term technology partnerships.
Due to continued expansion, they're looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients. This is a warm account management role with no requirement to generate your own customer base, allowing you to focus on nurturing relationships, increasing customer retention, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll become the trusted point of contact for your customers, developing long-term relationships while helping businesses maximise the value of their technology investments.
Working alongside technical consultants and service delivery teams, you'll identify opportunities to introduce additional managed services, cloud solutions, cyber security, and infrastructure offerings that support your clients' evolving business needs.
