Job Description:
Market 36 Recruitment are currently for an Internal Sales Advisor on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Colchester a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be a key part of the company’s dynamic sales team, supporting customers and driving sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and trade partners
- Providing product advice and quotations
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Supporting external sales teams with lead generation and follow-ups.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Experience, education & qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset
