Job Description:

Engineering @ 365 are working with an established production company seeking an experienced Acrylic Fabricator / General Operative to join their production team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Overview:

This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, focused on point-of-sale (POS) fabrication and acrylic prototyping. You will be fully conversant with acrylic fabrication techniques and comfortable working with a wide range of tools and equipment to produce high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and prototyping of acrylic point-of-sale (POS) products.
• Safe and competent use of saws and routers.
• Use of manual and powered hand tools.
• Accurate use of measuring equipment.
• Operation of heat benders for acrylic shaping.
• Use of gluing syringes for precision bonding.
• Use of diamond and flame polishers for finishing.
• Use of UV bonding equipment.

Experience and Characteristics Required:

• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team or with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit with good eyesight and strong manual dexterity.
• A positive attitude to work.
• Previous experience in point-of-sale (POS) fabrication and production work.
• Helpful, enthusiastic, reliable, polite and adaptable.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
