Location: Glenrothes

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Duration: 3-week temporary assignment (12th - 29th October)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly team, supporting customer orders, deliveries, and enquiries in a varied and fast-paced role. This role is initially a 3-week assignment providing holiday cover. However, due to increased workloads, there could be potential for the position to be extended for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate equipment deliveries and collections.
• Chase delivery start times and ETAs, ensuring customers are kept fully informed.
• Provide customers with updates on orders and deliveries.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Update customer orders and rental information on the rental management system.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of equipment deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.

Candidate Profile

• Previous administration and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using computer systems and handling data accurately.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a busy office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused approach.
