Vibe Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our client's brand-new automotive dealership in Boston!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious automotive professional to build an aftersales operation from the ground up, lead the Service & Parts departments and make a real impact from day one.

THE ROLE - AFTERSALES MANAGER

You'll take ownership of the complete aftersales operation, including:

• Leading, coaching and developing Service & Parts teams
• Managing workshop loading, WIP, efficiency and parts
• Driving customer satisfaction and retention
• Maximising sales and departmental profitability
• Managing budgets and performance against targets
• Recruiting and developing a high-performing team
• Identifying new business and upselling opportunities
• Maintaining high standards and compliance
• Building strong relationships across the dealership

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager / Parts Manager
• Strong automotive dealership experience
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Target-driven with a commercial mindset
• Passionate about customer service
• Hands-on, proactive and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence

• £60,000 OTE+
• Company car
