Alloy Wheel Technician / SMART Repair Technician – Stoke-on-TrentWe are recruiting for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician, SMART Repair Technician or Cosmetic Repair Technician in Stoke-on-Trent.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of alloy wheel or SMART repair experience within the motor trade, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Relevant NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or ATA qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + Bonus + Overtime
OTE: £38,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm | No Weekends

Alloy Wheel Technician / SMART Repair Technician Role

• Refurbish alloy wheels, including kerb damage, corrosion and cosmetic repairs
• Prepare wheels through stripping, sanding, filling, masking and priming
• Carry out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles
• Complete repairs efficiently and to a high-quality finish
• Maintain accurate job paperwork and repair records
• Keep tools, equipment and the working environment clean and safe
• Follow company procedures and Health & Safety standards

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Alloy Wheel Technician, SMART Repair Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or similar within the motor trade
• Experience within a main dealership, independent garage, bodyshop or used vehicle operation
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
• NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3 or ATA qualification is desirable but not essential
• Main dealership experience is desirable but not essential
