We are recruiting a dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, supportive SEN School serving students aged 4-18. If you are a compassionate ASD Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), this could be the perfect role for you.

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

ASD Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

• Support students with ASD across ages 4-18.
• Assist with personalised learning activities.
• Build positive relationships and confidence.
• Provide behavioural and emotional support.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists.
• Promote independence and communication skills.

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
• Experience as an ASD Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience, resilience and a positive attitude.
