Harworth, Doncaster (DN11)



£12.71 per hour | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available | Immediate Starts

Looking for a stable, full-time role with immediate starts and regular overtime?

We are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in Harworth, Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business producing high-quality window products, with full training provided and long-term career prospects available.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • 40 hours per week


The Role

As an Assembly Operative, you'll be responsible for assembling window products and fitting components to a high standard. You'll work as part of a busy production team in a clean and organised manufacturing environment.

Duties include:

  • Using hand tools to fit locks, handles, hinges and other hardware
  • Assembling window components accurately
  • Following assembly instructions and production specifications
  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area
  • Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience using hand tools
  • Manufacturing, assembly or production experience is advantageous
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to commute to Harworth (DN11)
